Meet the Team

Stavros Sindakis is an educator, advisor, mentor, and innovator in the fields of business innovation, management, entrepreneurship, and service design and development. With both a Ph.D. and an MBA in Strategy, Enterprise & Innovation, he has made significant contributions to these fields through his research and publications on entrepreneurship and business innovation. As an educator, he has taught in several different countries at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels and holds a variety of advisory and mentoring positions for students and faculty at numerous schools including the University of Sharjah, American University in Dubai, Laureate Online Education, and Anaheim University.

Fotis Kitsios is Associate Professor of Business Strategy and Innovation at the Department of Applied Informatics, University of Macedonia. He holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Innovation Management with a specialization in new service development. He has consulted several SMEs and has also been involved in the implementation and coordination of national and European research projects. He also lectured at Technical University of Crete and University of Central Greece, Hellenic Open University, Open University of Cyprus and has jointly supervised numerous Master’s and Diploma theses. His scientific research interests mainly focus on business strategy, service innovation management, change management and technology, social enterprises management, digital strategy, and innovation.

Maria Kamariotou is Research Associate at the ISeB Lab of the Department of Applied Informatics, School of Information Sciences, University of Macedonia, Greece. She graduated from the University of Macedonia with a degree in Applied Informatics Department. She then continued to Master Programme with a specialization in E-Business and Innovation Technology. She is the author of papers in scientific journals and conference proceedings, and she acts as a reviewer for scientific conferences. Her scientific research interests mainly focus on business strategy and information systems planning.

Nour Elhuda Makhlouf is currently a senior business student majoring in Management at the American University in Dubai. Also, she has earned a diploma in Financial and Banking Sciences from the Technical Institute of Financial and Banking Sciences in Damascus, Syria. Nour gained experience by participating in an Exchange Business Program at the State University of New York. This opportunity provided her with a substantial amount of knowledge while researching gender and religion in the Middle East. Nour works as a research assistant at the American University in Dubai and brand management assistant at The Coca-Cola Company. She is also helping students with math tutoring at the American University in Dubai.

Tasneem Hanbali graduated in Kuwait in 2013 from the Gulf University for Science and Technology from the mass communication department, Majoring in Visual Communication, Minoring in Marketing. She got her MBA from Kuwait university in 2016. Tasneem was on the marketing team of "Kuwait leadership Mastery Program" funded by MEPI, worked as the marketing executive at BEINMEDIA in Kuwait and as the social media coordinator at the Gulf Innovation Co. for training and consulting.

Imad Eddine Oubiri is a seasoned professional who possesses over 23 years versatile professional experience with multiple assignments related to Economic Development, Economic Promotion, Legal Affairs, and Customer Management, with a special focus on International Business Development Strategies, Market Studies & Researches, Company Policies, and Contracts Administration & Processes. He currently serves as the Business Development Expert - Investment Promotion Director at the RAK Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Legal Translator at the RAK International Reconciliation and Arbitration Center.
